Welcome to After Tree Dessert Cafe, nestled in the bustling heart of SM City Sto. Tomas, Batangas. If your sweet tooth craves an authentic and delightful dessert experience, you’ll find a cozy haven here, eagerly waiting to indulge you with a multitude of tempting treats.

This charming café specializes in an impressive lineup of desserts, with a spotlight on their irresistible Egg Tarts. Available in creative options ranging from the Signature and Ube Taro Tarts to the Salted Egg Tarts, each bite promises a deliciously rich custard enveloped in a perfectly flaky crust. The salted egg variant, priced at only ₱600 for a set of four, strikes a harmonious balance between savory and sweet—a true delight for any palate.

Don’t leave without trying one of their delectable Yogurt Frappes. The Mango Yogurt blends luxurious fruitiness with the delightful tang of yogurt, creating a refreshing escape for just ₱220. Or go wild with the Strawberry Yogurt Frappe, an explosion of summer vibes in every sip. Each frosty delight has a velvety texture that glides across your taste buds, leaving you wanting more.

While enjoying these treats, indulge in a selection of Refreshing Sodas as well. The Passion Fruit Minty is a crowd favorite, melding darling tropical sweetness with a cool mint finish, perfect for those warm Batangas days. At just ₱150, this drink is refreshing, invigorating, and oh-so-satisfying.

The café offers a welcoming environment that’s both spacious and airy, making it ideal for dates, family outings, or simply catching up with friends. Just as customer Patrick Unson shared, the colorful ambiance and premium quality desserts entice you to linger a while longer, forming unforgettable memories over shared treats.

However, like any establishment, the feedback has been mixed. While some savor the exquisite tastes and friendly service, others have had less favorable experiences with certain dishes. For instance, one customer mentioned the watermelon kakigori did not meet expectations due to low-quality ingredients. Nevertheless, such reviews pave the way for improvement, ensuring that the café continually refines its offerings.

In conclusion, After Tree Dessert Cafe serves as a delightful escapade for dessert lovers in Batangas. Whether you’re after the classic egg tart or a refreshing yogurt frappe, each visit promises scrumptious bites and a cozy atmosphere. Don't just take our word for it; stop by and savor the sweetness for yourself!

It‘s a pretty spot. Came here after lunch so wasn‘t able to try much other than an egg tart and affogato, which I both liked. Will deffo come again.

Everything is ok. Egg tart? Depends on preference. Coming back? Maybe Yes(if I have something else to do in sm sto. Tomas) but for the tart itself. No.

Desserts here are premium quality, very sweet and good for sharing. Cafe is very roomy and you can spot them near the cinemas and food court upstairs. Great place for dates, barkadas and families!

Stopped by for dessert and ordered Matcha Latte, Dark Chocolate Latte, egg tart, ube tart. The staff is friendly--offered us of the freshly baked tarts and answered our questions about the brand. Their latte art skills are on point The tarts are delicious--the crust is flaky but cradles the thick custard. The classic egg tart is balanced, not overpoweringly sweet. If you want a sweeter bite, go for the ube tart which has a layer of haleya underneath. Matcha is bitter (as it should be), tempered by the creaminess of milk. Will certainly go back to try more of their pastries, cold desserts, and cold drinks.

We enjoyed the watermelon kakigori, although the condensed milk that came with it looked and tasted low quality. The butterfly fried dough was tough to chew, like it had been reheated multiple times. The oil they used tasted like it was old and recycled. Lastly, the chocolate dip was very watery.

Tried eating here for afternoon snack with family. Expect to spend Php200 or more per person. Sparkling Watermelon, didn't like it but to each their own tastes. Spanish Latte Tiramisu, really good, came with a cute carry bag for the cup. Ferrero Toast, really good, must try. Egg(?) Tart, flaky crunchy pastry. Hot coffee drinks, nice art. Staff was really nice and accomodating. Instead of the usual starbucks for coffee, this place can be worth a try plus a bonus of tasty desserts.

I love dining inside their place though expect it to be noisy since it’s an open area inside the mall. Good thing is that when we were there there’s a special invite near the mall who’s playing the sax. I love it.
